English Civil War Parliamentary Helmet
English, circa 1640's Roundhead (Parliamentary) helmet. Made of mill-rolled steel and riveted construction. It has a 'lobster tail' articulated neck guard and adjustable nasal guard secured with a heart-shaped wing nut. The helmet's textured surface is the result of small rollers and a low rolling heat.
