Late 19th Century French Boule Table
This French Gaming Table (also known as "La Boule") was a predecessor to the game of Roulette. This particular table includes nine separate horse racing scenes in fabulous marquetry, each one is repeated twice. The piece would make a fabulous and impressive dining or coffee table if fitted with a glass top allowing the marquetry to remain visible.
